After spending more than a decade in healthcare, Chelsi found herself navigating the same challenges many women face, trying to balance a career, motherhood, health, and the pressure to do it all.

What began as a search for greater flexibility and purpose evolved into a passion for wellness, entrepreneurship, and helping families create healthier, more intentional lives.

Today, Chelsi shares practical wellness solutions, supports women in building additional income from home, and helps families simplify healthier living.

When I'm not talking wellness you'll usually find me cheering on my kids, working out, traveling with my family, listening to Morgan Wallen, or dreaming up my next adventure.

My husband Josh and I met at our Crossfit gym over a decade ago, and the rest is history. Together we've built a life centered around family, health, adventure and being present for the moments that matter most.

Our daughter, Harper keeps us busy chasing gymnastics dreams, and our son Bodey keeps us laughing every single day. Both remind me daily why I became passionate about creating a life with more flexibility, freedom and intention.

Whether were traveling, cheering from the sidelines, working out, or simply enjoying time together, this is the season of life I'm most grateful for.
